職位要求：

1．大專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷（有行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者不限），機(jī)械及機(jī)電等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)。

2．三年以上液壓類(lèi)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有液壓工具行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先錄取。

3．懂得基本的機(jī)械和液壓原理，能夠看懂CAD圖紙。

4．熱衷于銷(xiāo)售，專(zhuān)業(yè)的銷(xiāo)售和客戶(hù)談判技巧，擁有高度的工作熱情和責(zé)任心。

5．個(gè)性開(kāi)朗，為人正直，善于處理人際關(guān)系，良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意

識(shí)。

6．學(xué)習(xí)和適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，敢于面對(duì)壓力和挑戰(zhàn)，能適應(yīng)出差。

崗位職責(zé)描述：

1．制定銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)，并能根據(jù)客戶(hù)特點(diǎn)和具體情況制定適宜的銷(xiāo)售策略，積極

完成銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo)。

2．了解公司產(chǎn)品和客戶(hù)需求，幫助選型，為客戶(hù)制定最佳的螺栓螺母解決方案。

3．獨(dú)立完成與客戶(hù)的談判工作，包括價(jià)格、交貨期、付款條件等，直至簽訂合同。

4．跟進(jìn)合同的執(zhí)行及客戶(hù)付款情況，解決客戶(hù)問(wèn)題，加速銷(xiāo)售回款。

5．定期有效地拜訪客戶(hù)，維護(hù)開(kāi)拓客戶(hù)關(guān)系，逐步建立所轄地區(qū)的客戶(hù)平臺(tái)。

6．收集整理所轄區(qū)域的客戶(hù)信息及行業(yè)需求信息，定期提交銷(xiāo)售報(bào)表。

7．協(xié)調(diào)公司的內(nèi)部資源，滿足客戶(hù)在表演、調(diào)試、維修、培訓(xùn)等方面的要求。
